Another twofer here.  We have mangled French, and de-Lambification.  Actually, since the original phrase was two shakes of a lamb’s tail, this Blizzard company representative is thrice wrong.  Based on the sentence construction, it’s almost like he meant to say “drop of a hat,” and just Madlibbed a different verb and noun in there.
Interestingly, all the google results for the invented phrase “shake of a nose” are various repostings of that WoW thread, aside from some article about wine, where “nose” is used in the fancy wine sense.
