This was from a nice person that I follow but I cropped off the name and icon in case she would be embarrassed.  Although I wish to state I am not mocking her, because her explanation makes total sense.  “Once in a full moon” is much more poetic than “once a month.” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_moon
