I like it when eggcorns literally have “corn” in the name.  Like my own “corn beef hash.”  (thanks to Kate for the link to this Buzzfeed piece)  Based on a quick google search, “chicken corn on blue” is not an entirely uncommon interpretation of the name “chicken cordon bleu.”
